In June 2023, the Prudential x BCEL partnership officially launched in Vientiane, bringing life insurance to the fingertips of the people of Laos through the BCEL One app. This collaboration simplifies the process of safeguarding families, and the launch event marked a major milestone in expanding access to financial protection, making it easier than ever for individuals to protect their loved ones.
RDK Group was proud to organise this momentous event, dispatching a team of nearly 10 staff to manage every detail. From coordinating with third-party vendors to ensuring a smooth set-up and takedown, our team ensured a flawless execution. From start to finish, the event was designed to provide a flawless experience for all attendees.
Event Planning & Coordination
Our team was responsible for guest registration, along with teams from Prudential and BCEL, welcoming attendees and making sure everything flowed effortlessly from the moment they arrived. We also designed an eye-catching photobooth, giving guests a memorable way to capture the moment, and handled the creative direction of the event’s materials. This included designing the invitations, digital backdrops on screen, and the photobooth backdrop—all tailored to reflect the significance of the partnership.
Press Relations & Media Coverage
To enhance the visibility of the Prudential x BCEL collaboration, RDK organised a side press conference, for media to have the opportunity to engage with representatives from both organisations. We assistend Prudential to manage press relations, securing comprehensive media coverage to amplify the event’s impact. This ensured the partnership’s message reached a wide audience, solidifying its importance in the financial landscape of Laos.
Event Management & Production
On the day of the event, we meticulously managed every aspect of the run order, ensuring smooth transitions and managing all audio-visual elements, including AV coordination. Our production team created an engaging video to showcase the milestones of Prudential in Laos and documented the entire occasion through professional photography and videography, capturing key moments and ensuring the memories of the day were preserved.
